Idag var det dags att återuppa träningen efter förra veckans lätta förkylning. Jag får lägga om mitt träningsupplägg lite inför loppet i oktober och idag var målet 8,5 km, men det kom att fattas lite imål. Sista månaden nu ska det bli 2 pass iveckan om 8,5-10 km till mitten av september och sedan 5-7 km sista 2 veckorna för att samla krafter inför loppet.

Idag gick det bra trots nya rekordlängden på 8,5 km. Målet var 7 min/km - alltså något långsammare än tidigare - och efter en lite snabbare start kom jag ner i det tempot. Först vid 6 km började det ta emot lite men det var aldrig någon fara för att inte orka imål. Pulsen fick finfina värden och bara en varning för för hög puls. Jag är mycket nöjd med kvällens löpning.
