Albysjön Runt - Never aagin! Jag tänkte jag skulle få en extra utmaning så här i slutet av säsongen och Albysjön Runt är ungefär 8,5 km plus sträckan till och från att springa. Men det var inte lätt, det var ingen löpvänlig terräng. Spångar, trappor och bitvis sankt, bergshällar och massor av rötter att springa på. Terrängen stör mig inte men det gick inte att jogga på ett bra sätt på dessa stigar. Dessutom sprang jag bort mig rejält vid ett par tillfällen och hamnade bl a uppe på ett berg. Nåja, terrängen tog ut sin rätt och jag var ordentligt trött och fick lov att gå omkr 1 km mitt på, men sedan gick det bra tills orken tog slut. Efter 11,15 km stängde jag av klockan, gick till bussen och åkte hem. Det blev i alla fall ett nytt sträckrekord, men nästa gång springer jag en annan väg om jag ska runt Albysjön.
