Jag och min bror med respektive har anmält oss för att springa Topploppet 2011 och efter många års uppehåll kom jag igång med att springa igen i maj. En gång i veckan, 7 km varje runda var målet.Det märktes dock att man blivit äldre och var ringrostig, som mest har jag klarat av att springa halva sträckan utan att stanna. Men ikväll klarade jag av Milestone 1: att springa 7 km utan stopp. Tyvärr glömde jag kolla klockan innan jag stack iväg men jag tror det tog 45 min ungefär. Resten av min plan ser ut så här:
Milestone 2: Från augusti springa 7 km 2 ggr/vecka (tis/fre)
Milestone 3: Från september springa 9 km 1 gång/vecka, 7 km 1 gång
Milestone 4: 1-2 veckor före loppet springa 11 km 1 gång/vecka
