        Jag hade tänkt köra tre lugna pass den här veckan, 5+5+8,5 km men jag kom inte iväg igår så jag bestämde mig för att köra ett intensivpass på 5 km ikväll istället. Så skulle jag få veta lite ungefär hur pass min kondition står sig. Uppvärming och fullt ös direkt, blev snabbt anfådd men konditione

        Idag var det dags att återuppa träningen efter förra veckans lätta förkylning. Jag får lägga om mitt träningsupplägg lite inför loppet i oktober och idag var målet 8,5 km, men det kom att fattas lite imål. Sista månaden nu ska det bli 2 pass iveckan om 8,5-10 km till mitten av september och sedan

      • Förkyld = kortare pass

        Sista veckan har jag varit lite förkyld och därför blev det en liten paus och en kortare löpning. Men i gengäld fick jag använda pulsbandet för första gangen och det var intressant att se vad den gav för utslag. Nu ska jag resa bort ett par dagar men i nästa vecka blir det löpning igen som vanlig

        Så var det då dags att springa två rundor per vecka, så idag fredag var det till att ge sig iväg igen. 7,11 km klarades av på knappt 46 min och det är jag nöjd med. Den blev ingen extra slinga den här gången dock, får se på tisdag om jag har ork att lägga till 1,6 km till min löpning. Trots allt

        Så har jag då skaffat mig en pulsklocka och nedan ser du resultatet av kvällens löparrunda. Lite kortare än vad jag mätt upp med Eniros kartor tidigare men det spelar inte så stor roll. På fredag eller lördag ska jag ut igen om jag ska hålla mig schema.

      • First Competition for Katharina - First Win

        Katharina did her first competition today in long jump and won the event jumping 3,35m. Congratulations!

        Katharina gjorde sin första tävling idag i längdhopp vid Gurkspelen i Västerås. Efter en mycket fin serie: 3,16-3,35-3,11-3,31-3,20-3,14 låg hon på en delad första plats på 3,35.
